This will only hinder further development of this already slow growing subdivision. Plus next to an elementary school. Really people use your heads and quit thinking of your wallets.

No dollar store, please! Circle k type store or even the walgreens would be much better. Or no stores at all!

Please do NOT allow a dollar store in my neighborhood....I can’t believe it’s even being suggested. What a horrible idea.

I agree with this petition. If commercial retail has to be here, then it shouldd retailers that increase the value of the neighborhood. I don't want to sdoyndd like a snob, but so be it if I am. Bring in higher scale retail.

Convenience store, gas station, car wash. NO DISCOUNT STORE! We need what sustains us - fuel & a shop stocked with the basic staples ie: milk, eggs, bread......car wash would be a cash cow with all of the earth work and construction going on. DEFINITELY NOT A LOW END LOW INCOME DRY GOODS STORE!!! That will increase crime and “nuisance element” we certainly don’t need more of.

Do not want the kind of people or trouble a store like this will bring. I do not want the value of my home to go down. You just built one in Whitman stay out of our area.
