This is an essential facility. In England every small town has one. Regarding reducing isolation and public health the benefits are endless. This is a must not a maybe.

If people skateboarding in the city is looked down upon why dont the city council provide an urban sports area where people can go and skateboard our use a bike trak for bmx or mountain bikes racing and social with people who have the same interests.
