Im having a baby boy. His dad is a skater and it would be lovely if there was a skatepark for him to take our boy to. Not many alternatives to football in Derry and yet theres alot of people who have little or no interest in it..

A facility that should have been created years ago allowing children and adults a safe environment for a more creative outlet. Smaller towns throughout Ireland and the UK have facilities like this already set up. Not only would this be a great addition for locals but also a way to increase the tourism footfall.

My nephew loves to skateboard an has to travel further a field to enjoy it now with his friends who all love skateboarding an from Derry this is badly needed in this town and stops so much anti social behaviour also.

Well over due make it pump track and skate park . Do the job right. Council has been great bringing town out of dark ages can be another feather in the cap if done right
