This is one of two sites that let the town down very badly. The other is the 'Jubilee Path' which was created some years ago and been left derelict and closed ever since.

A simple grass and benches solution would return so much benefit and signal a recovery from this 'dark decade.

Our town is looking so much better,if the land owner cannot afford to build,then just grass it over add a few benches so it does not look like a bomb site of yesteryear.

This is a blight on our town centre and so off putting to visitor,tourists and of couse us the residents.

Looks really shabby. Needs action. There was an idea to build a skate park on this land which is a great idea. Is the Landowner the same on a that owns the unopened path from the old railway track towards Harts? Is there a synergy of issues?
