This piece of land is an eyesore in what is otherwise a most attractive, much-loved and well-maintained historic market town. NCCD needs to address this landowner's low standard and obvious low regard for the community.

The land should be tidied up even if this means the Council of Stur has to dip into its reserves. It is after all in their and the citizens' interests too.
