This is the dumbest "fix" to the meal plan. If people are running out of money those people need to suffer for their inablity to budget, not punish the students who use there money wisely

The only place for food I like is the two west, I have most of my meals there. If tiger card does not cover it, there will not be a reduction but an increase. I think this change is reduce loud

This is literally ridiculous- aren't we supposed to want to be different than many major universities? Also, why do the swipes disappear at the end of each week- if I skip a meal now I at least know I'm not losing money and can get a nice dinner at two west to change it up to not be the nasty hub food all the time.

The greatest meal plan option this year the number of swipes is not even 3 meals in a 7 day week. The forced meal plan system does not seem like it has alternative motives than a system where one trades money for food. If meal plans were not forced, I think the money would flow into the town that DePauw says its invested in seeing growth in prosperity and relations with the college.

My biggest concern with this new meal plan is that 2-3 swipes a day does not allow for what most health professionals encourage: smaller more frequent meals. For students living in Rector who are expected to purchase the 2-swipe plan, are they also expected to binge eat two times a day or go hungry? This plan sounds like it lacks concern for the health of DePauw students which should be the primary concern in providing food services.
