The proposed building is bland and makes no effort to engage with Nashville's past or even its future. I'm not opposed to the property being developed, but I hope such an important site would be reserved for a project with real architectural ambition for the city, not just another beige platform apartment building.

We need to preserve our history. Music row should be preserved for future generations to visit and be proud.

Please stop turning Music Row into Living Row!! I suggest maybe buying up some of the run down places OUTSIDE of Music Row- tear those eyesores down- and build there!

Can we have some parts of Nashville that still look like Nashville?

a building like that would kill the music rows beautiful character and destroy the beautiful neighborhood. big concrete is NOT the answer.

Leave Nashville with some charm. That is not a pretty building. The committee really need to be more picky about things being tore down and what they are building. Nashville has way too many wanting to tear down, so at least pick the best.

Demolition of these existing & fully functional structures adversely affects the character and history of this neighborhood.

Nashville is in a bulldozing mood and we have to stop the tide and save the historic buildings.

I oppose the rezoning request 2015SP-007-001. My Grandfather lived at 1616th Ave . These homes and my Grandfathers are irreplacable. My Grandfather was all so a Country Music Writer. And wrote sevral songs from that address for Tex Ritter back in late 1950's This Area is a Legend in itself!
