Music Row is world famous for the big business that is done in quaint, historic homes lining 16th, 17th and 18th avenues. Yes, there are businesses in larger, new buildings but the majority of these buildings maintain the integrity of the era in which the smaller homes were built. At the very least they are ornate and add character to The Row. The proposed complex for the 16th Avenue Apts will be another hastily built apartment complex that adds no architectural value and does not maintain the character of Music Row. We are slowly killing what makes Nashville special and charming - and why so many people are moving here. What's to be done when our history is gone forever?

Save our history, once it's gone it can never be retrieved. Country Music's greatest era will never be repeated, so we must save it's history & architecture now. An ugly condominium which won't be thought of or cared about in 100 years vs some of the buildings that created, founded, & housed some of the greatest music & musicians of all time. Do not continue the "Murder On .Music Row"

Don't destroy what makes Nashville special just to replace it with generic structures so we become like every other city.

The charm and draw of Nashville is swiftly leaving because of developments like this. I moved here 10 years ago calling this city home, and now I'm seriously considering moving because of things like this. Growth and progression are good, but to take away the charm and rich history for monetary purposes is awful. Nashville is not New York or L.A. and doesn't need to be!
