Todd Unfortunately, this quaint drive will become a cookie-cutter commercial environment with not tie to what made Nashville what it is. Tragic. Let's not let that happen.

TOTALLY AGAINST REDOING MUSIC ROW. They have already done enough destruction with the hotels and condos going up.

It's not going to be MUSIC ROW anymore if you keep putting up cookie cutter apartment buildings!! Don't destroy a part of Nashville that makes us unique!

How much of the original REAL Nashville has to disappear before all of the historic grace, charm & uniqueness of this City is gone FOREVER? I can't believe that if we truly need more apartments in Nashville....that they can't be someplace else that doesn't kill the SPIRIT of this city!

If the developers want to demolish buildings, they should purchase them first. At least one of those buildings was rehabbed in recent years at great cost. I am not in favor of developers soliciting imminent domain to acquire property that they didn't purchase at fair market value in order to turn a profit for themselves.

This will only add to the traffic congestion that we already have not to mention the impact on the parking that is already limited. Please notify us of any meetings and current status as we go forward.
