Add my voice to the chorus. Preserve what makes Nashville Nashville before the last vestiges disappear in a haze of condos, boutique hotels, and parking structures.

Remember when the Tennessee Governor's Mansion on West End Avenue was torn down for a Popeye's Chicken ? That was a brilliant idea

It would be a disgrace to tear down these beautiful homes/offices to build some more crappy apartments. Traffic on 16th is already bad, adding this many more units would be a disaster and there is a reason it has been zoned for smaller.. because that's what it should be. Deny this zoning immediately.

This building has no reason to be on historic Music Row.

What's difficult for me to understand is demolishing the history these building have... once demolished... it's gone, no remembrance. The reason people flock to this city is for these reasons. The wealth of history is in the bones and cracks of these buildings. The energy of what made this area great, will be gone. How can any type of apartment shape into this charm? Nothing, in my opinion.

Let's please be judicial in the manner in which we move Nashville forward. We are trading in a lot of character in the name of density and this will be a losing proposition in the long run. an.

Keep some history in Nashville please. Not every building needs to be scraped and turned into condos or office buildings. Please save this Music Row gem.

Music Row needs to be preserved! Not modernized, not transformed into apartments or condos!
