These developers are destroying what made this city so great, by over developoing with condos and apartment buildings. Most importantly, Buildings that have Historic substance to Music Row. If we don't put a stop to this over developing, everything that made this city stand out will be destroyed!

Our historical works-f-art need preservation, restoration, and use!! Please stop going everywhere knocking down beauty, just to put up a "polaroid"!

For what it's worth, I spent the first five years of my songwriting career just a few houses away from this proposed development - at 1214 16th Avenue South. My personal story is irrelevant but for the fact that I believe it to be an experience shared by hundreds and thousands of other songwriters and musicians of my generation. The one-of-a-kind community that once existed on Nashville's Music Row has slowly but deliberately eroded over the past 35 years. A significant portion of that erosion can certainly be lad at the feet of the disappearance of many small, iconic buildings that housed music publishers, recording studios, management offices, agencies, publicists and every conceivable parallel business associated with Nashville's robust music industry. I truly believe that 16th and 17th Avenues should be protected under regulations of historic preservation; not because of that which happened there over the prior eight decades; rather, because of the foundation that was laid that continues to support one of Nashville's thriving industries.

Nashville ' s charm is being killed building by building. Why would we want to look like every other modern city. Learn to repurpose instead of destroy.

I oppose the rezoning and demolition of any buildings on music row.

Please don't allow rezoning for this. Natives are fed up. There won't be anything original or unique left in this city if these massive developments keep up. There's plenty of other areas to build these types of things.

Historic buildings are important to save. They tell the story of a city and give a unique sense of place. Nashville has already lost too many 19th and early 20th century structures.

long-time residents have had enough. Stop ripping out our old and historic builds for bloated, overpriced condo buildings. Nashville is becoming a city we don't want to be.

Please stop building cheap plywood structures which will make Nashville's already congested streets worse simply to make a quick buck before leaving town..
