Music row, and indeed the character and history of Nashville is shrinking by the day for the sake of a quick cash grab. It is clear that neither the developers nor the board care one whit for the city - if they did, they'd be concerned with things like parking and traffic - situations which these monstrosities will only serve to exacerbate. Nashville is a one of a kind place - why make it another faceless, bland, traffic hell like Atlanta?

too many important buildings have already been taken down in the name of "progress". Nashville will lose the things that make it unique if this continues.

We must protect this history of this important part of nashville. Continuing toto tear down historic old buildings around Music Row is a mistake.

Developments like these destroy neighborhood character. Please deny this special rezoning and support the designation of Music Row as a National Treasure.

Please deny this rezoning request and consider the future impact yet another apartment /condo building will have on the character that made Nashville "Music City." thank you.

Please keep the historic buildings on 16th Ave. South. Nashville is becoming unrecognizable and these buildings and neighborhoods can never be recreated.

I live on Villa Place and understand that the buildings in question sit on valuable property. However the building that the developers are proposing has no charm or character that incorporates the feeling of this neighborhood. If they could be more creative in their approach, I would be less resistant to demolishing one one or more of the existing structures.
What they are proposing is a building that could be built in any city anywhere and will probably be demolished after 25 years. It's only benefit now is that it will be new.
STOP TGE WRECKLESS DESTRUCTION OF NASHVILLE'S HISTORIC STRUCTURES THAT MAKE NASHVILLE UNIQUE!!!

Please save these buildings on 16th Ave. S.
Please don't demolish these historic buildings.
Preserve Nashville NOW- before it's too late.
