Oppose Rezoning for 16th Ave Apts (2015SP-007-001)

Seriously, Nashville, STOP. You're tossing away everything that makes this city great in favor of cheap, cookie-cutter development. It has to stop, and it has to stop now.

The address on my birth cert is 16th Ave & my mom died there in 2003. Nothing on 16th should ever be demolished. The entire street should be preserved. Knock everything else down, but keep that street! God bless the boys that make the noise on 16th Avenue!

SAVE MUSIC ROW!!! I'm a native nashvillian who drives down the beautiful and historic music row on 16th Ave on my way home every day. I would hate to see it change into this ugly commercial mess

Please stop tearing down our city's history! We do not need any more condo's or apartments!

It's one thing to destroy historic buildings, but this is the legendary MUSIC ROW!!! What in the world is anyone thinking by letting it be developed as another residential area?!!! What a disappointment for this to even be considered.

I'm sick of developers being permitted to replace historic buildings with massive, ugly monstrosities.

I am tired of this city destroying its character buildings in order to build the exact same "mix used" buildings. They all present no element of color to the city and are in fact dulling us to the point of extinction as a recognizable unique place.

I have a personal connection to one of the building as I mixed my first major label record there.

Please stop killing the soul of Nashville. I love this city because it still has southern charm and it is slowly becoming Atlanta. Not a good thing. We are Music City, right? Don't let Music Row become Condo Row.
