i don't believe developers should get everything they want. Zoning exists because they need limits. Force them to work within the zoning parameters already established. Nashville doesn't need another bland, cookie cutter residential building.

The very thing that brings people to Nashville is being destroyed. Music Row should have "hands-off" status. We've already passed vulgar.

Nashville needs to keep the very little of its historic buildings. It would be really unfortunate if all of Nashville ended up looking like a strip mall. In order to be a international city it needs to have good architecture.

The proposed development does nothing to add to or preserve the character of Nashville's historic Music Row, nor does it serve any purpose beyond more misplaced high density profits for the developer. I urge the denial of the zoning request.

Stop destroying my city! Nashville has a special character all its own. It is not "progress" when these "developers" consume and destroy all that they see in worship of the almighty dollar $$$$$$$$

Please don't destroy anymore of the culture and flavor that make people want to live in this great city. People don't come here for the condos and highrises they can see anywhere else.

The texture of Music Row must be saved in recognition of an inndustry that gave us our name Music City, even though the industry has changed so significantly as to abandon its original locals. Music Row should be an oasis of preservation in the vastly expanding sea of development that is envelooping downtown Nashville.
