It is difficult for me to understand that the Commissioners would even consider a concrete crushing facility in this residential area. The noise alone makes it a terrible choice -- not to mention the impact on the environment and the bucolic nature of the area!

We do not want/need and cement plant in Laporte, not to mention right next to Native Hill Farm, where I and many other locals, buy their fresh produce during the summer time. Let's keep our air, farms, and town free of additional contaminants and excess noise that would destroy what we all love about living in Laporte.

The location of this facility would be a total detriment to the town of Laporte and the surrounding homes. Any potential financial gains by allowing this location would be fair outweighed by the impact on property values and the quality of life of the citizens living in this area.

As a long time citizen of Larimer county, I strongly oppose the location the proposal to place the Ready Mix cement plant in this location. It will negatively impact surrounding agriculture and communities.

Please don't let this plant go in where it would affect the irrigation water, and the neighborhoods and farms around it. I see the location of the site as being a little too close to where potential future development would take place and no one will want to move next to this thing.

Native Hill farms is in integral part of the Fort Collins and surrounding communities, and the introduction of of an environmentally harmful operation to its abutting land is unacceptable.
