This woman and her entire family conspired to kill the very man that brought two beautiful children into the world. She should pay, and more over the REST of them should be made to pay as well. Justice was only partially served. Disgusting people that do not belong in the population of productive people. They proved they will murder anyone that stands in their way.

She needs to die in prison! No mercy for her, she showed her victim none! It's not ok to take a life and ask for clemency just because your old or sick! Let her die in jail where she belongs! Or have her trade places with the granddaughter whose husband she cold bloodedly shot in the head

Shirley Skinner murdered Steven Watkins in cold blood because he behaved as any loving responsible Father should. She laid in wait, ambushed him and shot him in the back of the head. This woman is obviously a danger to anyone who doesn't do what she wants them to do. She should remain in prison.

She should serve the full sentence. Her story isn't truthful. There is no way this 5 foot tall woman simply reached up on top of a six foot cabinet to get the gun. There was more than her involved. She should now suffer for what happened.
