Another abomination from people only interested in making money by destroying what little is left of our bay. If these projects are allowed to exist there will be no Village of Cortez in twenty years.

This area cannot handle more development. It is going to ruin wildlife habitat, need to infrastructure and the grounds with exsisting homes is too fragile already .

It's impossible to "mitigate" the kind of environmental destruction he envisions for Long Bar Pointe.

I object to this attempt of Beruff's company to try to lay the groundwork for building a large marina development at Long Bar Pointe, and request that the FDEP deny his Mitigation Bank permit ERP 338349 in these protected coastal wetland area in Sarasota Bay.

The planned destruction of the wetlands by this anti-environment developer must be stopped.

How long will this crook get away with stealing/destroying the collective people's property? He has all the charm of a sinkhole.

Once you destroy that shoreline you can never replace it , The long bar shoreline is the place the Horshoe crab gathers hundreds and thousands of them a year every year to Spohn their egg The long bar shoreline is the place the Horshoe crab gathers hundreds and thousands of them a year every year to hatch their eggs ,

This is a habitat for so many birds and fish. Please do not allow the development of Longbar Pointe

Please restrict any further destruction of the natural beauty and resources of the county. Another developer claiming he will improve on nature is not only untruthful but unwanted.

Once it's gone it will be lost forever.....best fishing spot for as long as I can remember. Do not let greed ruin what can be enjoyed by all for years to come....don't blink or it will be gone....say NO again to this waste of natural resources.

This is just a ploy by Beruff to destroy enough of the shoreline and Sarasota Bay to get what he wants.

It's time to stop the rape of our shore lines.
