Deny Beruff's Mitigation Bank Permit a Ploy to Destroy our Environment

All of Florida is an ecologically sensitive state, especially so along the coastal areas. Mother Nature is doing just fine without the "help" of developer mitigation efforts.

NO to anything that threatens our fragile ecological environment. NO to the developers.

Preserve our wetlands!

I request that FDEP deny the Long Bar Pont mitigation bank ermit ERP 338349.Beruff's company should have to comply with the Enviormental permitting rules. We can not replace the damage he will cause to environment once he is allowed to do this. It's greedy, it's just to line his pocket no matter what the coast, just say no!

Please save our shoreline!

Our shorelines are too valuable to let anyone destroy them, and certainly not for something as unnecessary as a bunch of new luxury homes!

I request that FDEP deny the Long Bar Pointe mitigation bank permit ERP_338349 for the reasons cited below: Developer Carlos Beruff’s company has permits in hand for major development of the uplands at Long Bar Pointe, yet he's been unsuccessful in his attempts to develop the protected coastal wetlands, including dredging Sarasota Bay.

Please do not allow this to become a precedent!

Do we really need another "until 2 a.m. County Commissioner meeting marathon" with over 1000 Manatee County citizens expressing how we want to preserve our shoreline & waters? We'll do it again if the Commissioners didn't get the message the first time!

Save Our Bay. We need lovers of the environment to stop the degradation of the Bay. Corrupt county commissioners are ignoring our wished by obeying their masters - Beruff and Neal. You can save our Bay.

This is the most pristine environment in Sarasota Bay. No damage, including trimming, should be allowed. The mitigation bank idea is simply a way to be allowed to damage the ecosystem. It must not be approved.

Save the bay, save this precious habitat.

Permitting rules have denied the Long Bar Pointe requests. How many times can this "influential" developer try to vandalize our environment?

This guy, Beruff, thinks he is above the law. He has the political capital to ram this through. We must stop him in any and every way possible.

It seems pretty obvious what the undesirable intent is here, based on previous actions.
