What he is trying to do is outrageous. Nature should not be sacrificed for his greed.

This area is one of a kind; let us leave it in peace, naturally.

Do not allow ANYONE to disturb the mangroves. If Aqua by the bay gets by with this it will continue until there is none. save our ecosystem.

This waterfront should be preserved, not developed.

Do not give Beruff's Mitigation Band Permit. It will destroy our environment. Enough of that is going on in Washington.

This plan will destroy mangroves which are essential to all life, human and wildlife. How it got this far in consideration is a story of greed over science, nature and logic. You cannot eat or drink money and clean air is priceless.

Good for Village Green Kay McNally! (and good for our little area of Heaven here in Manatee County!)

President, Village Green HOA. The Association would like to go on record in requesting denial of Carlos Beruff's Mitiagation bank permit.

Vote No and save our environment! We need this area to be free of buildings.

This is it ...the last in the area, the natural Florida we love and others flock to visit. There will be no more, no backtracking. Its status as the last chance completely changes the high Bar criteria for development. As proposed, this development should never happen. The smart decision, the wise decision is NO.

This would be devastating to our ecosystem, wildlife & our community. The last thing we need is more condos & marinas!

This permit would set a terrible precedent, actually allowing negative impact to the mangroves protecting the shoreline.
