For too long our people have been without the Dagwood! It's time to bring back the most glorious of breakfast sandwiches to the Denny's menu. The Grand Slamwich is a cheap imitation of the glory that is the Dagwood!

I have been staring at photos of the old Dagwood all morning and it just makes me realize how much we deserve better than these sad substitutes. My inbox is full of messages from people who remember the exact way the bread was toasted and honestly I am losing it because why would they ever get rid of something so perfect.

Everyone has a sandwhich they will remember the rest of their lives. Demny's Dagwood for me.

Best sandwich ever made was the Dagwood. I stopped going to Dennt’s Cause they stopped selling my go to item
I remember when this sandwich was pulled from the menu... and the dark days have been counted since.
I have never missed a meal so much as the Dagwood lets go Denny’s make us proud! ...and full!

This was the BEST. I don't remember the last time I was so upset at a restaurant discontinuing an item.
