Dennis should be a welcoming and affirming community. I support the change to the sign at the UCC Church in Dennis Village. I have lived in this town for 28 years, having spent summers here in family owned homes since 1949. Please reconsider this and approve this sign. Thank you.

Perhaps a chat with the ACLU is in order?

VIS should explain its very close vote and why the Church's choice of its description of its congregation on its sign and the approval of that description by the Town of Dennis and the Old King's Highway historical society, should be over ruled by the VIS vote and the VIS should be called on to defend that position at a public hearing to show how "Open" the town of Dennis is!

Your vote is that of personal opinion not based on rules set by the town. You owe the community an apology.

A lovely sign, no reason to oppose it other than discrimination

THe First Congregational Church in Stoughton has a sign in front declaring acceptance of all! It is a very welcomed sign for all to view!
