I think this is a good nursery and it should not be closed

I feel Mrs Hussain has been doing a wonderful job for our community and children over the past 17 years and should not be taken over by the school itself.

Mrs Hussain to remain in her current position - nothing needs to change.

An individual who has built 17 years of trust in the community. 17 years of supporting children through the tender years. I do not see a point or logical reason why you would disrupt this. Please ensure Mrs Hussain retains management of Denbigh Pre-School

Nursery can be a difficult decision to make, for others it isn’t a choice but dictated by financial pressures or career demands. Regardless of the reason you can be assured that there are many positive benefits which will have a direct impact on a child’s development in the early years and as they progress to school.’ Pre-school nurseries provide a structure of learning and care for children from birth to five years old. This means the staff are trained to create a safe and stimulating environment for your child to enjoy and develop in thus creating a healthy foundation of when they go to school Mrs Hussain has not only experience and great management skills she is also well respected in the local community and has built considerable trust. Sending your child to pre-school requires a relationship and trust that as is equally as important as experience and management skills. Rebuilding this trust may well affect the quality of care.

17 years service serving the local community, this is no longer a service nor a management team but an extension of the family. I hope this is taken into consideration as this affects the wider community.
