I work in University for over 20ys and know teaching learning assessment differ for each level. A vice chancellor can't run a nursery as it requires different skills set. In my opinion the change of administration will be a disaster for at least 5 initial years. This means ruining entire generation of local community. Please respect skilled people and let them so their service. If there is any personal gain then school must use their protocols and strategic decisions and governing bodies to act accordingly. Mrs or Mr cannot run alone its a team effort. Please help this institution serving without personality clashes.

I believe as members of this community, we are the ones who should be deciding which services we want and by whom. Yes we do want a sucessful running nursery which provides our children the best start in their learning journey, but also we want a reputable and trustworthy manager to run it. Mrs Hussain is great at her job, she has put so much hardwork and ambition into this pre-school which cannot be achieved overnight by a new manager or staff. Ive sent both my children here and have never had any problems. All the staff are friendly and my children have really enjoyed their time there. A new managment will mean we as parents cannot be given the reassurance that it will run as sucessfully as it has been running for the last 17 plus years. Please let Mrs Hussain carry on her job; if someone has put years of effort and dedication into their work, it is very unfair to just snatch it out of their hands with no valid reason.

I'm in. I want Mrs Hussain to stay. She is great with the children and taking care of them we trust no one else I will attend any protest I heard word going around This is really not how the community want to repay her. I don't think the primary school management is good enough for the role of nursery managers. Nobody can do better than Mrs Hussain

We will protest against this decision. Mrs Hussain taught all my children. And there is no better management around Luton in any nurseries. We want her to stay. My grandchildren go to this nursery now and they're so happy. We will protest. I have 5 children and they are ready to protest and take their children out of denbigh primary school as ammatyer of the protest against this decisions
