About time. These eyesores are bringing down property values for the whole neighborhood and it needs to be dealt with already.

They are dangerous! Kids play around there all the time. Tear them down before something terrible happens.

I been watching that place fall apart for ten years. Its just rotting wood and rats now. Get some bulldozers in here.
