My worry is that somebody could be seriously injured or worse as the condition of building continues to worsen

Gwynedd Council and Plaid Cymru are behaving like children over these disgraceful eyesores , slap bang in the middle of a world heritage area . The only building worth saving is the College preferably without the carbuncle attached . What are we paying you lot for get your fingers out do something !

If this had been in Cardiff it would have been demolished long ago. It is dangerous and easily accessed. The Council and Welsh Government MUST act before a serious accident.

What used to be a beautiful hotel is now a fire-damaged and vandalised shell which tarnishes the surrounding landscape. The college accommodation block is an eyesore that should never have been given planning permission in the first place. Demolish BOTH and replace them with developments that enhance and add value to the area.

This is needed as it brings the tone of the town down, and will be affecting tourism

It has been an eye sore for so many years and it is way time for it to be demolished and be redeveloped. There is a real need of accommodation in Harlech

My family and I have been holidaying at Harlech evey year for about 50 years and it is sad to see the deteriation of the St Davids hotel and accompanying buildings . It is such a prime site and could be such an asset to the area instead of just an eyesore.

It's about time that the public sector stopped talking and got on with helping to regenerate areas such as Harlech.

Harlech is a beautiful place,at present rather spoilt by visual blots from a bygone era ,they need to be demolished a soon as possible and developed to the benefit of locals and visitors alike.
