My internet NEVER works. As a student with a pet, it is important for me to be able to study at home. Why should I pay for a service that I never actually get, and only makes me angry?

No internet for 1/2 of a month and I still had to pay full price!

I've already disconnected my cable service. It's not worth the money and i will not reconnect until something is done

Days, weeks without proper services. Days with no internet and this still insist on you paying the full bill. Well we the customers have the right to prorate the bill since they wont. Divide the bill by 30 to get the daily fee then deduct the cost of the amount of days of non service. Better yet, watch TV online. Poor programming, shitty quality, changing channels without notice. The Cable full of shit. And it will get worst now Ewing gone and Government take over fully!
