Demanding reduction in fees for Odd Semester 2020-21 of COEP

I am in particular concerned about paying the college fees for the next Semester. In addition, with the current government restrictions on movements and school closures, we will not be in campus in the foreseeable future. Though there will be interactions with teachers through distance learning, the main purpose of going to your esteemed college is unfulfilled. This, in turn, has become part-time homeschooling for us. In this situation We demand wavier of certain portfolios of fees. This will include, 1. Development fee 2. library 3. laboratory 4. Internet 5. Boat Club fee 6.Gathering fee 7. Gymkhana fee These resources will not be used by students in foreseeable future therefore above mentioned portfolios must be exempted from upcoming Academic year's College fee.

We are unable to fill full amount of fee right now. It will be helpful for us if we got some concession in fees.

Yeah, very less college infrastructure is going to be used. For example, we are charged 2000 rs for Internet. We won't even be going in the college, let alone using their internet. They shouldn't charge this from us.

The college should take these points in consideration and take appropriate decisions.

With online classes eventually now campus facilities are being used. It's ok for tuition and other study related fees but not appropriate to charge for the things we are not actually get to use

Please reduce our fee structure. Because of corona , my family facing many problems . So I request you please reduce fee structure at least not important fees are neglect please

I expect some reduction in fee as we will not be attending college for this semester.

We would like to thank you for taking the timely decision of conducting the upcoming semester online. We would like to bring to your notice the fact that due to this pandemic, the families of majority of the students of our college have faced financial problems due to businesses closing down, reduction of salaries, etc. Also, since the semester would be conducted online, students will have to bear a quite high amount of charges for getting an uninterrupted internet facility as well as getting various softwares, resources and study material. *Further the facilities such as gymkhana, library, laboratory, internet and email and boat club are totally campus based.* *In view of the above, it is earnestly requested that the fees for the above facilities be waived off by atleast 50%.* This would give some relief to parents of our students.

Fees like laboratory fee renewtion fees should be cancelled for this academic year

It's legal way we can raise our voice because our faculty is not able to hear any kind of students voices and demand
