Hi all,
It's pretty evident that the truth is hard to come by when it comes to certain request in life. In this scenario, we have a person who was alleged missing on a certain day being found dead. Family and friends of the victim will never see or hear from that person again...not even gain a sense of closure about the victims murder. The purpose of this petition is to get what friends and family desire- Justice. Not just from locking someone up and placing them behind bars, but the justice of knowing the complex aggregate of interrelations that made the event possible- the event that many have witnessed being shown by a party of interest. The party of interest as everyone has their freedom of expression, speech, and religion under certain conditions as we know, but when crime is involved or clues of approaching crime involved then appropriate measures should be taken. in this case, a view of Claims v. Evidence was used to observe communication on a networking site that lead to conclude the party of interest knew way more than presented, even before the authorities. This petition is to request genuine justice for the Crawford family by moving representatives of justice in the West Virginia jurisdiction to summon all parties of interest (friends and family), information of interest, published, unpublished, erased, and not erased to anchor the facts justifying the death of David Crawford.

I will see justice for my cousin David Crawford nobody deserves to die like this to be taking away from their kids like this over what some chick and her friends smh rejection money just know that we are a strong family and we will see this to the end
David did not deserve to have his life taken from him from what I saw on the news report the young woman did not appear to be someone who was distressed over the man she so loved! No tears No true emotion of sadness. She had a tremor of fright in her voice as if she knew more than she did about the whole situation. Her words they told me to leave it alone!!!!!
Isnt she the one that hit him with an ashtray and cut his eyebrow just a few days before he passed away? Was all her efforts guided by guilt of something somehow? Just curious. Rest with God David.
So sad that this lady thinks that she has took the bigger loss here, she's one selfish person. His children are going to grow up with out a father , and sadly I believe she had something to do with it. She continues to try and make herself the victim, no sweetie sorry David is the victim here and besides him his children, baby's mothers and family are the victims.
So sad he didn't deserve this..I wish the police would stop always saying it's drugs cause every black man don't sale drugs and she know exactly what happen. She stated she talk to him on the 23rd of December how was that if he went missing the 22nd of December? Fishy to me...

I honestly think in my opinion the girlfriend needs to be questioned a little more!!! She seems shady!!!! She didn't shed a tear it was all FAKE on tv! Justice for this handsome man and make sure his family gets closure!!!! RIP

Creator of the petition is being threatened and insulted by close members of Cynthia for demanding the truth about the text messages that contradicts her story.
