For follow up progress development jsatine cracked at november 2024.. please update me..still payment so much

I strongly support this move so that buyers are being kept notify the progress/action made by the Developer.

Tolong lah bagi kata putus untuk pembeli.. Rumah belum siap tapi loan tetap kena bayar mcm biasa.. Rasa mcm tidak adil..

Please be transparent with the buyers. We are clueless and paying the bank every month. Why is there no action or updates from the developer to the buyers?

Harap J.Satine berjaya disiapkan dalam "MASA YANG DITETAPKAN" dan "KESELAMATAN DIJAMIN".

For the sake of transparency and accountability, we urge and demand the developer to release a full report regarding the issue in the J Satine building and the remedial measures implemented.

We require a clear explanation and a guarantee regarding this matter. Simply sharing a link that we could find on our own is not acceptable. To be honest, I am deeply concerned about my safety during my stay. My priority is ensuring a secure and comfortable experience, not the financial impact on your end. I am personally covering the costs, including the interest, and I expect proper accountability. If you are unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and assurance, please proceed with canceling the booking and refunding all payments in full.

WE DEMAND FULL TRANSPARENCY AND URGE THE PROCESS!

We believe it is unfair for buyers to continue paying interest while the building remains in an uncertain condition due to structural issues. Given the ongoing investigations and the stop-work order, buyers should not bear the financial burden for delays beyond their control. We sincerely hope that developer and respective authorities can revert us with detail explanation as soonest possible.

Semua pihak pembeli mahukan penjelasan dan tindakan dari pihak pemaju secepat yang mungkin.Memandangkan kami tiada terima apa-apa email rasmi sejak projek dihentikan.Saya amat berbesar hati lah untuk pihak pemaju menyiapkan rumah ini dengan kadar masa & tahun yang di janjikan sebab kami golongan B40 yang kena kerana inilah rumah pertama kami & nak kena bayar rumah sewa lagi.
