I, along with many other clients of Deriv, a trading broker, find ourselves in an alarming situation. Our accounts have been frozen, our funds held captive, and our requests for withdrawal staunchly ignored. This is not just frustrating and scary, it's a blatant violation of our rights as clients and traders.

Deriv, a renowned broker in the trading sector, has failed significantly in upholding transparency and fairness. There has been an absence of clear communication explaining why these measures were taken. Enough is enough. We demand that Deriv communicates clearly with its customers, reassures us about our investments' safety, and provides a protocol for freeing our accounts. Compromising on client trust is not an option, and using our funds without any explanation is unacceptable.
