I, along with many other clients of Deriv, a trading broker, find ourselves in an alarming situation. Our accounts have been frozen, our funds held captive, and our requests for withdrawal staunchly ignored. This is not just frustrating and scary, it's a blatant violation of our rights as clients and traders.

Deriv, a renowned broker in the trading sector, has failed significantly in upholding transparency and fairness. There has been an absence of clear communication explaining why these measures were taken. This disservice raises many questions about their client handling strategies and the insensitivity to the turmoil we are put through.

What makes this situation even more dire is the inability to access our funds. It's not just a matter of our rights, but an issue affecting our personal financial stability. For many of us, the sums involved are significant, often representing a substantial portion of our savings and investments.

In a 2020 report by 'Finance Magnates,' alarming issues revolving around non-transparent practices among trading brokers were highlighted, stating how they impact not just individual finances but overall market trust (source: Finance Magnates, July 2020). What we are experiencing is, unfortunately, a part of this much larger predicament.

Enough is enough. We demand that Deriv communicates clearly with its customers, reassures us about our investments' safety, and provides a protocol for freeing our accounts. Compromising on client trust is not an option, and using our funds without any explanation is unacceptable.

Help us in our fight against unfair and non-transparent practices. Sign this petition and stand with us as we demand transparency and fair treatment from Deriv. We need to demonstrate that as clients, our rights are non-negotiable. Please, sign and share.
