Demand to change gun laws in wake of a 9 year old girl shoots and kills the instructor with an Uzi. Why is a 9 year old allowed to handle guns at a shooting range? Why was an Uzi used as the weapon of choice for a first timer and young child? We need these gun laws changed. Kids shouldn't be allowed to handle guns and automatic weapons!
