This doesn't make sense, why this guy shot this Family Dog that was his neighbors dog. The City is turning a Blind Eye on this one. Yes, it does sound like the Good Old Boy's Group. The City should bring this man to trial for his intent of purposely bring harm & brutal death to T-Bone the Family Canine, that was their Love.

Absolutely upsetting, I would be foaming and getting him in to court straight away, Dogs are like humans, family and people think it's right to do something like this? This is not RIGHT!!
