This is injustice on so many levels!! First of all the corrupt city council for letting this slide!! If this were my dog I would take the "millionaire tax paying citizen" and the town to the Supreme Court if necessary to get justice!! Only a cowardly bastard would shoot a dog running away in the back!!

Do your job that you are upheld by law to do. Money doesn't make a man invincible. I am poor as hell and yet I pay my taxes just like he does. Animal abuse is now a top tier felony btw. Get correct and learn your job!
