Wondering when animal cruelty will ever be recognized as a crime??? Not everybody likes animals, but it doesn't give them the right to kill another person's family member...their beloved pet. When animal cruelty gets the proper place in crime, you will see crime regress as animal abusers, torturers, killers...well, they are evil people capable of killing anything..including people who might get in their way.
