It shouldn't matter if the person that MURDERED T-BONE was rich or poor. What that person did was against the law and he should be held accountable for his actions.

The person who shot T-Bone should be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. We need to send a clear message that animal abuse/cruelty will not be tolerated anymore.

Sincerest condolences to T-Bone's family,, I have no nice words to say about the neighbor who shot T-Bone , other than may he contemplate his cruel actions behind bars for many many years.
