Shooter should also be charged with discharging a firearm and have his weapons seized before he does something dumber. there was no threat. I own guns and know when and how to use them and what he did was clearly wreckless. Firing a warning shot for your neighbors dog? Take away the morons guns and hit him with a felony so everyone else learns from him of the stupid things not to do

Too many animal abusers get a slap on the wrist for unspeakable crimes. Stand up and go after this murderer. If it were a child who was killed the punishment would be severe.

The killer of T-Bone would be considered a murderer if his victim had been a member of our species. Speciesist, human-centric bigotry means that other species are not entitled to the same justice that we take for granted. In this case, the shooter did not even get admonished by the law.
