I would never kill a neighbor's dog. I WOULD raise a major stink if someone's dog continued to come in my yard repeatedly after being chased away. But kill it? NO!

Deeply disturbing and heartbreaking. No one should be above the law, regardless of status. How terrified this poor dog must have felt with the sound of the first gun shot, there was absolutely NO need to shoot to kill when he was already running away. This was the act of a coward on a power trip and he must be held accountable for such a shocking act of animal cruelty!!! It begs the question, why hasn't he???
Shame on all of the people involved who should have done their jobs by upholding the law, and have failed to do so!!! Disgraceful!!

someone who kills an animal for no reason should be punished. All life is precious. We do not have the right to take it. He not only killed this fog, but has caused immense sadness in many people. He has also disturbed the peace and harmony of the community. Nobody wants to live next to a killer
