Out of all the industrialized countries, Canada has the longest hospital wait times by far. Many Canadian have sat in a crowded emergency wait room for at least 4 or more hours. While some specialist examinations put you on the wait list for months. Yes, we technically have free healthcare, but our taxes are put towards it and Canadians deserve healthcare without the ridiculous wait times.
