It is unbelievable that these companies exist, their videos laugh in the faces of compliance, law enforcement, and victims families by claiming to be a "novelty item" by saying if you like your privacy and need to pass a company or legal drug screen then buy our product.
If its a true "Novelty item", then there should not be any problems with introducing a tracer element!

We talk about fighting the war on drugs but these manufactured substances should be just as illegal.

Keep up the good work. Too many companies are only concerned with making money and not with the safety of children, teens and/or adults who may be operating dangerous equipment or performing dangerous jobs. I wish the news story had listed the makers of this stuff.

Falsifying drug screens in a safety sensitive environment should be a misdemeanor offense at minimum

We should at least look at strengthening section 481 of the Texas controlled substances act to allow more latitude in enforcement. We really need the use of adulterants to addressed with much stricter laws. I have seen there use increase drastically in the 23 years I have been providing drug testing services.

This needs to happen. Its ridiculous that people would result to this to cheat a drug test. There are people who do the right thing and cant no where because of people who do and think they can get over.

We have a company that hauls chemicals and it is very important that our drivers drug/alcohol testing is accurate! Lives depend on it!

Add a detectable compound to Synthetic Urine to deter illegal means of falsifying a drug test.

As the DER for a fairly large company I can attest to the fact that this is a real problem. We attempt to keep our employees and customers safe and profitable by requiring the pre-employment testing and find this is used fairly frequently.

This is a SAFETY issue. Passing a drug test with fake urine and then hitting the highways while high, puts everyone at risk.

Our lab would like to see more companies require donors to submit to a witnessed collection. Substitutions would be greatly reduced if the collector witnessed the urine stream go into the cup. this would be prefaced by pulling all garments down to mid thigh prior to the collection.
