Please join our efforts in getting Nationwide synthetic urine manufacturers regulated by adding a lab detectable compound. Once this is done, our labs will be able to distinctly detect that synthetic urine was used to falsify their test.

I see people in safety sensitive roles every day gambling with the lives of others because they think they can cheat the system. My team is currently compiling evidence of how easily these fake products bypass our current screening processes to show regulators why this change is a matter of public safety.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that people understand the danger these products pose to our safety. My heart is heavy thinking about the accidents still happening because of these shortcuts, but knowing so many of you are behind this fight gives me real hope for change.

We need a continued national leadership role of the setting the standards. Internet marketing of these products continues to be proliferate. It is definitely time that we hold synthetic urine manufacturers accountable with regulation, by adding a compound into these products used to Thwart detection in drug testing programs!
As a Safety Professional and certified collector this is one area where I have NO tolerance. We cannot allow this to continue. It's peoples lives that at stake both on the road and on the job.
It is unbelievable that these companies exist, their videos laugh in the faces of compliance, law enforcement, and victims families by claiming to be a "novelty item" by saying if you like your privacy and need to pass a company or legal drug screen then buy our product. If its a true "Novelty item", then there should not be any problems with introducing a tracer element!
We have a company that hauls chemicals and it is very important that our drivers drug/alcohol testing is accurate! Lives depend on it!
As the DER for a fairly large company I can attest to the fact that this is a real problem. We attempt to keep our employees and customers safe and profitable by requiring the pre-employment testing and find this is used fairly frequently.
my ex boyfriend is a bigtime alcoholic, had and have current problems with Board of Nursing. He always get away from consequences of alcohol abuse by using “synthetic urine”.

I am catching donors with synthetic Urine 3-4 times a week! This is a must for the safety of all of us!
