TARGET: Government officials and agencies:
Department of Health and Human Services; Drug Enforcement Administration; Food and Drug Administration; all other associated government agencies involved, as well as those officials/agencies inclined to hear what we, 'the People', have to say.
PETITION:
We, the People, as citizens of the United States, do hereby petition the Drug Enforcement Administration, named and unnamed government officials, and involved parties and agencies, to hear our voice and to lift all ban(s) involving JWH compounds, which have become effective, as well as those which will become effective December 24, 2010, throughout the U.S., until further research is concluded pertaining to the compound(s). We have found the ban(s) against JWH compounds unjust, and feel that certain agencies have abused their authority in a manner in which is unethical, as well as questionable.
A small handful of negative side effects resulting from the use of JWH/JWH infused products into the body is certainly not a justifiable reason for an 'emergency ban'. This is inevitably a direct result from complete ignorance of available knowledge, as well as common sense in many cases.
With unjust reason, no governmental research results, and no indications given to prove the compound to be harmful or fatal, it should be your duties and responsibilities to lift the ban until further research information is concluded.
We also ask that when, in time, conclusions have been reached and sufficient research results have been found, we shall have the rights to complete and legitimate knowledge of such results and findings of the research and that all results and findings, including beneficial and positive research results and findings, be given us via research officials.

FIX THIS. total waste of tax money going after this stuff.
This is just government overreach plain and simple. Let people make their own choices instead of locking everyone up for stuff they can just research more.
if they want to ban everything that might have a side effect then we should ban alcohol and cigarettes too. hypocrisy at its finest.
Ridiculous ban. They are just trying to control what we do while letting actual dangerous stuff stay on the shelves.
so tired of the DEA acting like they know best. let us be.

legalize and un ban, people dont need legal issues pertaining to a drug like this. too much cough syrup can cause fatalitys. key words... too much
