As a Warrior Mom, I find the treatment of my fellow Warrior Moms (who happen to be WOC) completely unacceptable. I would support either option outlined here, but I would prefer Option 1, with Jasmine and Graeme in new leadership roles. (If they wish to do so.)

As a team leader for Climb Out of the Darkness, I will not be doing any fundraising for PPI until there is a response from the board that is acceptable to the women of color leaders/former leaders of PPI. I stand with them and won't financially support an organization unless the org has done the hard and uncomfortable work to look at their own complacency in racism and centers the lives of women of color.

I'm sick to my stomach over this. I want to help all people affected by maternal mental illness.
Repeated incidents and lack of acknowledgement are major problems that need to be addressed. We need to listen to and believe women of color when they say there is an issue.
I stand behind you
