Very disappointed to learn of these closed door conflicts from and organization that I care so deeply about. Exceptionally angered that the Board's only course of action was to fold up in the conflict; goes against lots of Warrior-hood advice and rational.

I am a warrior mom who thought Postpartum Progress was doing a great thing. It pains me to know that they weren't doing a great thing for *all* moms. I realize now that I am a warrior mom because of my sisters, and I stand by them. I will not stand for or support hate.
Hire a new CEO and replace the board.

I am disappointed in this organization. I am traumatized by the cold, rude, insensitive way that the hospital during my labor. To find out that a postpartum support organization has done the same, and worse, to women of color, sickens me. I demand change from any entity that harms postpartum women. This needs to change immediately. I am very disappointed.

There is no room in health and healing for those who cause harm &/or ignore it. As a primarily white woman I beg that any harmful behavior I may ever do be called out in to forum in which it occurred so that I may learn greater sensitivity to my sisters of all races and ethnicities!

Dissolve the non-profit that was built for white women that has a legacy of continued harm against women of color. Use all liquid assets to pay reparations to the staff/volunteers (of which there is a list) that were harmed, fund the Mental Health in Color scholarship recipients who are losing their scholarships because of said harm, invest the remainder of money into organizations that center the lives of Black women in the maternal mental heath realm that are Black led.

I believe in what Postpartum Progress does, and the board and CEO need to take responsibility. I support and believe the word of women of color.

It is unconscionable for an organization that purports to care about women to not actually live that in practice because of the inability of some of its members to challenge and change their aggressive bias & behavior. No organization that harms women of color should be allowed to continue unchecked.
