On April 1, 2019 Shaquille Tucker was charged with Aggravated Animal Cruelty for the horrific, sustained and sadistic beating of a horse known as “Justice”. There can be NO doubt that this act took place as it was videotaped by an acquaintance of Tucker and subsequently, proudly I might add, posted to social media. This was an act of vile cruelty.

Therefore, the people of Conecuh County, Alabama, residents of the surrounding area and other concerned citizens do hereby petition for the following:

1. That the true identity of the horse in the video be ascertained and that the Court shall order that defendant Tucker will have NO further contact with the horse.
2. That the various officials with jurisdiction in this case take all necessary measures to insure the safety and health of the horse.
3. That as part of the disposition of the criminal case against Shaquille Tucker that he be restrained from contact with ANY animal during his incarceration and/or probationary period. LET JUSTICE BE DONE
