We agreed to pay this amount of school fees for proper schooling not distance learning in which our kid is not using your premises internet laboratories pool play area electricity and sports equipment etc.. what you offer us as a relief program is not what we ask for .. we are not comfortable to share our bank details or company details with you ..! Please consider our demand and give us a proper fees reduction which we are eligible for..!

It is very disappointing that our school is bringing families in crisis to their knees by making them feel like they have to beg for a charitable discount. This is disgusting and unfair! Who are they to decide who is eligible, and who isn’t? All families have been financially effected, wether the financial strain is showing now, or it will hit hard a few months from now! What nonsense is this that the fee discount will be at the school’s discretion? They are just trying to get away with giving as minimum discount as possible to as few families as possible! This is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing behavior from an upstanding educational institution that is responsible for also teaching our upcoming generations good moral values... However, in this current situation they are not upholding and displaying such themselves. In fact, when push has come to shove, so far, they have done the exact opposite!

Fees reduction

We need school fees reduction, and this is all parents right which is justified in the present scenario and we are not begging for any charity.

Shame of Gems Education !!! We are not asking for Charity; This is our right to have reduction on the third semester fee where our kids are stuck on screen with no use to school facilities , playgrounds or any activities. We have to paid all this amount to have online learning, it is the available option now but not alternative to regular school education. Why only parents have to compromise not Gems !!!

I regret every day that I moved my kids to one of GEMS schools last year. I will not repeat this mistake. I don't need a baksheesh from them. Is a 10 minutes video call per day called remote learning?. Sending files to the parents to explain the materials to the kids is what is are doing now. And they're just keeping ask to pay the full semester amount. I don't believe this. All the parents I know are disappointed from the way this school treats us.

As many parents have lost their jobs and got salary cuts. Its the moral and social responsibility of the school to reduced fees flatly for all students. As this is a private school and not a non profit making organisation and it had made money all these years hence its their social responsibity to payback.
