Gems, We Demand Fee Reduction, Not Charity!

You don’t provide full service why should I pay full when I spend 8hours with my son everyday so he understands what the lessons about unless you are willing to bring his teacher home to spend that 8 hours with him I refuse to pay

I had lost my job on March 4th and I am a single mother with no other income.! I would appreciate if you can look into our case.

It's not fair during this period not to give any discount.. The future is very uncertain

Exactly it’s not a charity it’s simply our right . Next year I will move to any school that was fair enough to reduce fees during this time without hassle. Of course it won’t be any of GEMS .

I have 3 Kids in Gems Founders We have salary cut but not since 1.April

We deserve atleast half the refund

They just want double profit, everything is Money. Worse distance learning. Absolutely disappointed with their service

I find it embarrassing for Gems Education to demand a proof of financial distress from parents to grant them a well deserved discount when all the other schools in Dubai are offering at least 20% unconditional discounts to all their parents, regardless of each parent’s financial status. We are not asking for charity, we simply demand our right to be compensated for the pressure caused by the e learning, and for the facilities we paid for which our children no longer have access to.

Flat discount is needed. We don’t need to submit our financials. Also we don’t get the same service to pay the same

We Demand Fee Reductions, Not Charity! we are not using the facilities anymore. The E learning is not delivered in the right way. kids are not benefit from the E learning

The shared fee relief was more investigating charity !!
