I find it embarrassing for Gems Education to demand a proof of financial distress from parents to grant them a well deserved discount when all the other schools in Dubai are offering at least 20% unconditional discounts to all their parents, regardless of each parent’s financial status. We are not asking for charity, we simply demand our right to be compensated for the pressure caused by the e learning, and for the facilities we paid for, which our children no longer have access to.

Its not fair to pay for a full priced fee for a school that is not functioning in full. When you increased the fees, we accepted. When we are not happy with your service, we tried to understand. When you ask us to support your foundation- we did in our small ways. But why cant you let this pandemic be your choice of charity to support parents who made you billions of money?

Completely disappointed by Gems Management Groups decision to prove financial instability to approve discountrd fees. As a parent our efforts are being utilized to make homeschooling successful and the current costs dont justify the cuurent service level rendered by school.

All other schools are giving 30% reductions to all parents. GEMS should do the same. As parents now we are doing most of the work to assist our kids with their elearning at home and the current uncertain situation is not helping.
