Every parent deserves a fees reduction at least 30% due to school failure to provide our kids contractually agreed services. E- learning is not what we agreed when we both sign the contract. E-learning platforms cost much less than the traditional school. You should better request your finance team of proposal how to reduce costs due to current situation. E- learning doesn’t require the same number of teachers or support functions. Also, as we all know your saving are still coming your way from Government stimulus. E-learning generated savings to Schools and more responsibility on parents, to GEMS have an obligation to reduce the fees for current and next year if they want to keep the students in the school. Otherwise we have no choice as to move to tutoring centers who provide excellent learning services and fully prepare kids for GCSE or A-level exams.

GEMS is running a business so we (customers) should only pay for available services (distance learning). Certainly, they can't charge for other facilities which are suspended due to the situation.
They shouldn't be allowed to take benefit of current situation. If I am forced to pay for term 3 then I will ensure to not enrol my kids for next year becoz of their irresponsible attitude.

can you pls. give discounts for term three as we are not using any facilities for this term.... electricity and parents assistance are high because of home school.

The relief package is not enough. You do not need to go into personal issues to give discount. all of what parenta are asking for is a discount and not a full wave. We do all the job with our children at home and we struggle because most of us does not know how to train / teach children and how to give the informatio like teachers smoothly. We understand you pay your teachers and co teachers and the school management however in return your saving alot from the school closure as well. Allow at least 30% discount so that we pay and not postpone payment further

We are not asking for Charity we are asking for our rights for fee reduction as kids are studying from home .. the supporting documents you are asking for in order to reduce fees for affected are not available with most of us and some can expect termination anytime
