Need discount on term 3 since elearning is not very good and their systems keeps crashing and not accessible. Parents spending more time teaching kids than elearning live sessions.

The school has done great since the beginning but as we are aware all courses around the world are offered at lower prices than conventional studying methods, as the school is jot utilizing any utilities, classes are closesd, cleaning is at minimum, guarding is at minimum, the stress and the extra work done by parents and additional financial burden carried by parents to provide tablets or phones or laptops other than the requirements of having to do extra stuff for online classes, not forgetting the fact that most classes are pre recorded except for some sessions that are live for primary, the school needs to be more flexible with payments in addition to the fact of lowering the terms fees, we had never had a problem with the high fees in comparison to the education level our children are getting, but now it's a time for everyone to stand together, yes some unfortunate families might have been affected, but some of us are affected through out the year and may have been in financial problems prior to the pandemic but the grouo has minimized the number of benficaries to show that they are contributing to the affected instead of reconsidering all the parents and the crisis everyone is going through in addition to the fact of e-learning, as mentioned we signed up for a full school class teaching not online, so when the parents get affected the school should be understanding especially that some or most of our children have been in the school since the opening

I ve been 30% salary cut and I was about to apply for Relief Package but when I realize that when apply I and my wife need to disclose all my financial position including my salary , allowance , housing etc, i feel like your are violating my privacy. It’s a shame school asking such details and will grant me a discount base on my income . Did you apply the same approach with school fees at the beginning of Academic Year? No. All parents had the same school fees regardless parents salaries. A lot of schools across the nation have reduced their fees without any terms and conditions. As of now I’m completely against differed payments and I will do everything possible to convince GEMS to reduce FEES unconditionally. It’s the only way forward.
