It is only fair that the school that now has a much lower overhead passes on the savings on to the parents. It is also fair to ask that managment take a salary cut like the rest of the affected people. It is the only morally and ethical right thing to do in these tough times.

Gems should realise that this pandamic has affected almost every member of the GEMS family directly or indirectly. Some small and medium sized companies have shut down competely, including HR. Hence asking every one for hunderds of documents and beg for charity is irresponsible on the part of GEMS management. Difficult times should bring the compassion and understanding on the part of GEMS as all other educational groups have shown. Such negativity will definitely affect them, as well as our kids. Moreover , all the documents they are asking is a violation of the parents privacy. Why should another business ask for someones bank statement. This so called charity that they might offer to choosen few, is a violation of an individuals privacy in the times when we are most vulnerable.
